We deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery is free on orders over €180; below that, the cost is shown at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days; delivery in the Netherlands takes 2–5 working days. Returns within 14 days of delivery; return postage is paid by you. Engraved collars can be exchanged but not refunded. 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
