Good to know before you order
Is the engraving really free?
Yes. Engraving on one or both sides of the pendant is included with every collar. Because an engraved collar is made for your dog, it can be exchanged for another collar but not refunded.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
We deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery is free on orders over €180; below that, the cost is shown at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery in the Netherlands takes 2–5 working days.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you. Engraved collars can be exchanged but not refunded. Every piece has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
