Can I return an engraved collar?
Engraved collars are made for your dog, so they can be exchanged for another collar but not refunded. Unengraved pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery is free on orders over €180; below that, the cost is shown at checkout.
