How do I measure?
Wrap a soft tape measure around the neck where the collar sits. Read the measurement in centimetres and use the table below. Between sizes, choose the larger one.

How long is the leash?
Leashes are one size: 150 cm long and 2 cm wide.

What does engraving cost?
Engraving on one or both sides of the collar pendant is free.
Can an engraved collar be returned?
Because an engraved collar is made for your dog, it can be exchanged for another collar but not refunded.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery is free on orders over €180; below that, the cost is shown at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery in the Netherlands takes 2–5 working days. Pre-order pieces show their expected dispatch on the product page.

What is the return period?
You have 14 days after delivery. Return postage is paid by the customer. Engraved collars can be exchanged but not refunded.

Every piece has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Keep the leather supple
How do I care for it?
Wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Keep it out of water and away from chemical cleaners.
