Shipping Policy

1. Shipping destinations

At this moment, Lihlo ships to the Netherlands and Belgium only. We're working on expanding our shipping options, follow us to stay updated!

2. Processing & delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. For customers in the Netherlands, delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. Personalized orders require additional production time, please allow an extra week on average.

Once your package has left our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for exact delivery times due to unexpected delays at shipping carriers. For the foreign orders, the shipping will be calculated at the check-out.

Free shipping on orders above €180 (NL & BE).

3. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You'll be kept informed of your delivery status every step of the way.
