  • All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept major credit cards.
  • Lihlo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
  • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders accordingly.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to process and ship orders within the timeframe indicated on our website. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Lihlo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us via email at info@lihlo.com.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products. Collars with an engraved pendant cannot be returned for a refund and can only be exchanged for another collar.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed instructions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.

7. Warranty & Conformity

Under EU consumer law, products must conform to the contract of sale. If a product is defective or does not meet reasonable expectations, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Our collars, leashes, and accessories are designed for everyday pet use. It is the pet owner's responsibility to ensure proper sizing, fit, supervision, and safe use.

Lihlo shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or government actions.
